If I could give negative stars I would. Not due to the product but due to your companies standards on customer service. We have purchased 2 pillows for Sutera. Two of which we kept and loved. The most recent we decided against and have sent MULTIPLE emails from my email as well as my husbands with NO RESPONSE. The phone number listed is not even in service and we are now stuck with and $80 that we will not use because you have not responded to our request for return. So now we will dispute through our bank and we will NEVER EVER support your company or refer another friend or family member to purchase from your company again. What a shame. Very disappointing.
