Zipper broke after one wash after only sleeping on the pillowcase for a week. Good thing they came free with the pillows.

I love your products and I had washed this pillowcase I believe and was putting it on the pillow and notice the seam was evidently not sewn correctly and it came loose. The other pillow case was just fine.

The zipper is so cheaply made that after washing once it was useless on such a fitted pillowcase. Please don’t send the coupon. Why would I want to purchase more items that do not work for 10% off?
Both zippers broke after one wash. Had the previous set for years (the zippers finally gave out. That’s why we ordered new ones). Now the new ones break right away.

I purchased two pillows and pillow cases over a year ago and still love them. If I go on an overnight road trip I make sure to take them with me.
Good product, bought to replace the same pillowcase we got 2 years ago when we bought our Sutera pillows which we love.
I love the pillow and the pillow case. This is my second pillow. I take it with me every where I go to spend the night.
Zippers already broken.
The zipper broke right away before I even used it. The customer service was even worse. Had no response after the initial inquiry.

I did not order this either, I thought it was my pillow, that I love, now I can't get anyone to send me a return label. I di not open them, and they are still in the same box..

The zipper just doesn't hold up
Overall that's okay, because it's on the bottom, but for the price, one would think that there would be function ... along with comfort

I've had this pillowcase 6wks... the zipper busted. I do not recommend. Wonderful pillow but this new pillowcase case design is trash.

Good, the pillow case fits the pillow very snugly.
Bad, the zipper is not strong enough and separates after several washings. I was told the zipper issue had been resolved when I placed my last order. Sadly they are exactly the same. The cases are to expensive to have such a short life span. Can’t recommend as a result. I did I ask for a price break the last time I ordered but the agent I talked to said it wasn’t possible.

I received my pillowcase order in a short time and love having extra cases to change bedding! Also it is handy to have in the camper as well! This pillow has been a real game changer for my neck discomfort! Thank you for a wonderful product!

This is a very expensive cheap pillowcase. They claim it’s made of a special fabric that will be less washing, absolutely not. Not mention the stitching on this is not acceptable for this high price. U can see the stain on this, at it has been washed twice I had it only for two days.

Love the pillow. The original pillow case had a faulty zipper. You sent a replacement which also has a faulty zipper. As you can see from the photo attached it split open and will not close.

I like the pillow but I’m disappointed with the pillow case. I washed it when I first got it and it’s already coming apart. I think if you make a specialty pillow, the pillow case should be included and it also should not fall apart from one washing.
