Most chairs support where you are, not where your spine should be. The Proper Posture Lumbar Pillow does the opposite. High-density memory foam maps to the natural curve of your lower back and holds it there, encouraging proper spinal alignment without forcing a position or demanding you think about how you're sitting. The adjustable strap secures it to virtually any seat, the office chair, car seat, couch, flight seat so the support travels with you rather than staying at your desk. Lightweight enough to move between rooms without thinking about it, built well enough to hold its shape through years of daily use. Your back notices poor support before you do. This is the correction.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Try it for 30 nights. If the Proper Posture Lumbar Pillow isn't right for your routine — if it isn't relieving pressure, holding its shape, or making a noticeable difference in how your back feels after a long day — return it for a full refund, no questions asked.

Will it fit my chair or car seat?

The adjustable strap is designed to secure around a wide range of seat backs — standard office chairs, bucket car seats, dining chairs, and most airline seats. Loop the strap around the seat back and adjust the buckle until the pillow sits firmly against your lower back without sliding. If your seat has no back post or headrest to anchor to, the pillow can be placed without the strap and will stay in position through normal use. For chairs with unusually narrow or wide backs, the strap extends enough to accommodate most standard dimensions.

How do I care for it?

The cover is removable and machine washable — cold wash, low dry. The memory foam core is not washable and should not get wet. If the core needs spot cleaning, use a lightly damp cloth and let it air dry completely before replacing the cover. Like all memory foam, it will feel firmer in colder temperatures and softer in warmer ones — that is normal behavior, not a sign of wear. With regular use and proper care, it holds its shape and support for years.
