I don’t like it because its not the same color, but you were out of stock and asked if I would take the white and I said yes but now don’t like it.
Hi Christa, we sincerely apologize that the color you originally preferred was out of stock and understand your disappointment with the substitute. While we appreciate your willingness to accept the white option at the time, we understand that it may not have met your expectations in the end.
Love the towels

i just like the Towle
Beautifully made.
Love the wash cloths, but the white ones seem to turn dingy after several washes ??
The towels absorb water completely and dry quickly so no damp smell is left over.
Love the feel of the sheets my skin on the side I sleep on is much better due to the pillow case.
We love our sheets.
Wish the grey color was available. Love the product!
The towels and wash cloths that I purchased are amazing. They rinse cleanly and wringing water from them is like drying off in the tub.
I don’t know how the wash cloths feel as I never opened either of the 2 packages after reading the label and knew this was not what I ordered.
I am not so crazy about the towels however they are not as soft as I thought they were going to be in the color is really weird
We’re sorry to hear the Silverthread Washcloth didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and will consider it as we work to improve!

I just used one of the washcloths tonight. I really liked it. So very soft.. I used it to dry my face after washing it by hand. I have yet to use one to wash with. I will be soon.

I am, as expected, totally satisfied with both the hnd towel and the face cloth. Both are of the quality I expected as this was a repeat buy. I previously purchased 3 bath towels and a hand towel.
These are the best towels on the market today!

I still haven’t received the rest of my order. I don’t know what is taking so long.
Hi Sonya, we sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving the remainder of your order. Please be assured that we are currently looking into this matter to provide you with an update as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Product is superior. 1st order went smoothly. 2nd order was somewhat problematic as I waited a long time for delivery and part of the order was not included. I feel Sutera should have communicated that somehow they were out of stock w color requested but I had to chase that down. Then I opted for the alternate color but it still didn’t arrive and I had to chase Sutera down again. Id like to order more but I’m reluctant because of the work involved in making sure the order has arrived and is complete.

I just love the towels and wash clothes.
We’re glad to hear that the quality of our product matches your expectations.
The customer representatives at Sutera were very helpful with sending me the wash cloths that for some reason did not come with my set that I thought I had ordered. The washcloths and towels are of such high-quality. I had purchased from them before the bath towels and they stay in shape and feel as soft with many washings.
They ran out of the gray color, but I love the cloth so much. I accepted white ones which have been fine for washing my face.
Thank you, Sutera for a quality product.

Washcloths are paper thin, not worth even looking at. You can only return unused portions, and you pay for shipping, plus a restocking fee.
